Through the Functional movement screen asymmetries, stability, and mobility issues in the individual’s movement are exploited. This gives us a baseline for correcting those issues through exercise. Corrections these issues will lessen the chance of an injury. Through the Sports Science the individual will gain improvement in their power, speed, balance, and overall athleticism through the neuromuscular intensification system. Even though there are other trainers providing similar services, we are unique, our trainers are certified as both a functional movement and sports science specialist. We also utilize non-conventional training methods that include the use of kettlebells and battling ropes.
